I agree DP,Clearly, there's a lot of pain out there.
The sun was out today. Its rays poured through the curtains of my room. Yet.... for some reason... they gave no warmth. I tried to cheer myself up by listening to the wacky morning DJ on the way to work.... but his antics just did not seem as wacky. Then I passed a neon sign as I turned into the parking lot and I broke down completely. The flow of my tears rivaled Niagra Falls..... the world is unfair sometimes.
Thank you for making this blog for us. We, the unheard masses, the lost children wandering in the desert, the voiceless. Thank you for giving us an outlet. I look forward to hearing all the stories.
Last but not least, allow me to make an impassioned plea to my good friend Buxy, think of the precedent you are setting. I mean.... if one person can resist peer pressure it puts us all in danger of one day making a lame decision. I mean.... if you do not join your friends in Vegas, how long is it until I decide "I do not need to go to the bar after midnight with my pals, after all... i think I will do crochet" After all... the precedent will be out there.
Sincerely
